OG Snacks LLC offers nationwide shipping within the United States, along with local pickup and delivery options when available.

 

Shipping

 

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Processing and delivery times vary based on product availability, order volume, shipping method, and carrier conditions.

 

Orders are prepared in 2 to 3 business days. Shipping/transit time is separate and set by the carrier.

 

We work to prepare and ship orders promptly. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

 

Local Pickup

 

Local pickup is by appointment in the South Phoenix area, near 40th Street and Southern Avenue, Phoenix. Please wait for a “Ready for pickup” email before coming to pick up your order. That email will include your pickup instructions.

 

Local Delivery

 

Local delivery may be available for qualifying orders, depending on customer location, product availability, and scheduling.

 

Delivery is FREE within 5 miles of the pickup location (40th St & Southern Ave, Phoenix). Beyond 5 miles, the fee is $6.00 within a reasonable distance.

 

At checkout, choose a local delivery option and enter your delivery address; the delivery option shown depends on your ZIP code.

 

Any applicable delivery fees will be communicated before the order is finalized.

 

Shipping Delays or Problems

 

Once packages are shipped, delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

 

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive, please contact us so we can investigate and assist.
